The brief
A modernist-homes agency wanted virtual tours without paying for 360° photography on every listing. Listings needed region filters and price sorting that felt instant.

Instead of embedding a tour service, we built the tours procedurally in three.js: a courtyard, pool and pergola drawn from geometry, with drag-to-look inertia and three light studies (desert, coast, upstate).
The listing grid re-renders through a spring stagger on every filter or sort, so the interface feels like it's rearranging physical cards rather than repainting a table.
