The brief
A Dhaka developer building homes in Gulshan, Baridhara and Banani. The site had to sell a way of living rather than square footage, and walk a buyer from first impression to a conversation.
The approach
The hero is a 3D residence that unfolds floor by floor as you scroll, so a buyer sees roof, terraces, interiors and pool before reading a line of copy. The building is the argument.
Warm charcoal, ivory and one dusty-rose accent keep the tone residential rather than corporate, and the serif headline does the quiet selling.
Ongoing and upcoming projects sit in one collection with location and status up front, and every path ends at a single Let's Talk.
