Define
One screen described in one sentence per feature. If a feature needs two sentences, it's two features, and we say so.
Design
Flows and high-fidelity screens. The free draft here is your app's core screen, designed within 6–12 hours.
Build
Weekly TestFlight/APK builds from week one. You test on your own phone, not in a slide deck.
Polish
Haptics, gestures, launch screens, empty states. This is the feel layer that app reviews end up mentioning.
Ship
Store submissions handled end-to-end, including the rejection roulette, until it's live.

Common questions
Native or cross-platform?
React Native (Expo) by default. One codebase, both stores, native feel for 95% of app categories. We'll tell you honestly if yours is in the other 5%.
Can you build just the design, and my team builds it?
Yes. App design alone starts at $1,000 with a full handoff kit.
Do you handle the app stores?
Yes, submission to both stores is included, under your developer accounts so you keep ownership.
What about backends?
Supabase or Firebase for most products. Custom Node APIs when the product justifies it. Backend scope is quoted separately and transparently.
How long does an MVP take?
Design in 1–2 weeks, build in 3–6 weeks for a focused MVP. The single biggest schedule risk is feature creep, and we manage it contractually.
Do you maintain apps after launch?
Yes. See the Care retainers on the maintenance side. App tiers are quoted per project.
