Career
Grow further than you thought possible.
Northcave is a small senior team, kept small on purpose. As the steady work grows, so does the team. If you want to learn the whole craft, from brief to deploy, working next to people who do all of it every day, this page is your queue number.

People first
The studio's only real asset walks out the door every evening. Rest and honesty aren't perks here. They're how the work stays good.
Built on craft
Every hire gets held to the same bar as the work already in the archive. Would it survive a design jury and a real customer's checkout on the same day?
Clear vision
One promise runs the whole studio. Good websites, built fast. If a task doesn't serve that, we don't do it.
A point to prove
That world class web work ships from Dhaka at global rates, and that the next people up can do it too.

Growth & rewards
Transparent pay bands, yearly reviews that actually move numbers, and a cut of project upside on work you carry.
Real feedback
Daily crits instead of daily standups. Your work gets senior eyes on it every day. Nothing makes you better faster.
Work-life balance
We keep client calls inside Dhaka working hours wherever we can. Late calls are the exception, and you get the time back.
Health and rest
A health coverage stipend, real sick days, and no glorifying burnout. Working late is a failure of planning, not a badge.
Current openings
Nothing open at the moment. When a role does open, it will be listed here first. If you want to be in the queue, send your work to hello@northcavestudio.com anyway.

Common questions
Is Northcave really hiring?
We're a small team and we grow deliberately. These roles open once there's enough steady work that another pair of hands makes the output better rather than thinner. Applying now puts you first in the queue, and every application gets a reply.
What does the hiring process look like?
One application, one paid trial task (never free work), one conversation. No whiteboard puzzles, no five-round gauntlets.
Is the work remote?
Hybrid friendly. The studio runs from Dhaka. Collaboration happens in shared docs and daily crits, not at mandatory desks.
What timezone do clients live in?
EU, UK, US and the Gulf. Some overlap hours come with the job. Permanent night shifts do not.
How is pay set?
Published bands per role, benchmarked against Dhaka product companies rather than against what agencies try to get away with.
Do juniors get real work?
Yes, with a senior review on everything before a client sees it. You'll ship to production in your first month.
What tools does the studio run on?
Figma, Next.js, GSAP, Framer Motion, Supabase, and Netlify. Plus an archive of 43 public builds you'll study in week one.
I don't see my role here.
Send a hello anyway. The best roles at small studios are invented around exceptional people.
