Terms of Service

The free draft. The first design draft is free, delivered within 6–12 working hours of an accepted brief. You may keep the draft (as flattened images) whether or not you engage us further. Source files transfer on project payment.

Scope. The approved draft defines the project scope. Changes beyond it are quoted before work continues, immediately and never as a surprise line item.

Payment. 50% to begin the build, 50% at launch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Maintenance retainers bill monthly and cancel monthly.

Ownership. On final payment, you own the deliverables. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask otherwise.

Warranty. Bugs in delivered work are fixed free for 14 days after launch. After that, the Care retainers exist.
