The brief
A bathhouse whose whole brand is honesty. So the classic 'before/after' had to be handled without the industry's usual sleight of hand.

The slider is labelled a simulation and built accessibly: pointer drag or arrow keys, a real ARIA slider role, one photograph treated two ways.
Booking runs on a month calendar generated from today, with past days, Mondays and seeded-full days disabled. The live summary reads like a spa card rather than a form.
