The brief
A strength club that hates fitness-brand gloss. The site had to feel like the room: concrete, tar, tape on the floor, and a schedule people actually squint at.

The headline typeface lifts with you. Variable weight gets pumped by scroll velocity, 600 to 900 and back down as momentum decays.
The weekly timetable is real: today's column flagged, a cadmium NOW line positioned by the actual clock and re-placed every minute.
