The brief
A Lisbon fine-art photographer who shoots the in-between hours: tides, highlands, fog and nocturnes. The archive had to feel like the work — quiet, deep, unhurried — and still end in a booked session.
The approach
The archive is a WebGL spiral: eighteen photographs orbiting in depth, browsed by scroll or drag, each one surfacing with its series and a single caption. A flat grid would have made the photographs compete; the spiral makes you meet them one at a time.
A list view sits one toggle away for people who want the index, so the signature never taxes anyone in a hurry.
Everything else stays out of the way: near-black night, a warm cream serif, one gold accent, and a single persistent action — Book a Session.
